New Member Mandy Adrei was with us. She informed us that after visiting the Burlingame, Palo Alto and Mtn. View clubs she decided that Mtn. View is the one for her. Mandy is a Certified Financial Planner with Edward Jones in MV. Formal club membership induction to follow.

Announcements:

Funeral for Bruce Barsi’s mother will be on Thursday 11/7 at 11:00 A.M. at Villa Sienna.

Holiday Dinner will be Tuesday 12/17 at 6:00 P.M. at Don Giovanni in Mountain View. There will be no lunch Meeting that day.

Speaker:

Our scheduled speaker cancelled at last minute and Scott Johnson was kind enough to fill in. Scott gave us interesting information about his service with the CA Air National Guard and specifically about his time assisting in rescue operations in New Orleans immediately following Hurricane Katrina. He shared stories and pictures. Just another example of Scott’s commitment to “Service Above Self”.
