High school candidates local competition

District 5170 sponsors the Richard D. King Speech contest annually to support local students in their success in speech writing. Support our students on this year's topic: "Serving to Change (the) Lives". We seek volunteers to partake as judges, timers and point tally. Join us to serve to change lives.
