The meeting came to order at noon.
Announcements were made and there was a general discussion of upcoming celebrations including the MV Rotary Anniversary and the Kick Out party.
A positive message was shared by Nellie Meyer about Ikigai, the Japanese secret to a long and happy life.

President Tori Atwell, an expert in real estate, shared her knowledge of the new federal legislation surrounding the change in required percentages for buyers and sellers. Tori shared the history of the legislation, the impact nationally, and most importantly, the impact on local communities and markets. Notably, she shared the ways that this new legislation may hurt the consumer as well as the real estate industry.
