President Bert Greeted the audience:
Thought for the Day: Roger explained that South Korea was extending to North Korea with 600 business men spending today and tomorrow in North Korea

- Thanks to Roger for being the “4’fer” today with a large cake
- Tom – Monthly Speaker Chairs for the year – Jan. & March still open
- Tori – Monthly social hosts for the year
- Monique -- Foundation ; cupcakes were passed out to many who contributed
- Dave /Jim CSMA update. Thanks to Jim Cunningham for last Saturday at CSMA
- Bert – Avenues of Service Oct. 4 – sign up for good information and free meal
- Alan announced the beginning of Yom Kanpur and welcomed improvements

Dr. Jeff Harding, Superintendent of Mountain View Los Altos High School District and Mike Matheson, Assistant Superintendent spoke to us. They reviewed the major upgrades to our Mountain View and Los Altos High Schools. We heard of the many updates that will be made to provide the facilities that our students need.

Sept. 25 – Evening club social, hosted by Anita
Oct. 2 – Mountain View City Council Candidates’ Forum -- Scott arranging
Our members may bring guests, but notify Paul for food scheduling.
