Dennis Kobza's Thought was about the importance of saying No and the Club considered this while Pjil Armi led them singing "Shine on Harvest Moon . . . . . "

Anita Grossman announced Club members this year have given $5100 already to the Rotary Foundation. She encouraged others to complete their donation pledges before Nov.30 to be included in the drawing for trips to The International Convention in June in
Monique Kane introduced our speaker, Dr. Martha Cravens, to describe "The Parent Project". A psychologist at the Community Health Awareness Council, Dr. Cravens is now conducting a 12-week series of classes for parents of teenagers. Meeting in round-table groups, they find out "how to get power back from their kids". They discuss and learn what to say and do when the teenager is beyond control. They get to see their problem is not unique and find friends in the discussion groups. The program is presented by CHAC along with Police from
