Walt Joyce led pledge of allegiance.
Walt gave a short thought for the da y-- "What goes into your
mouth affects only you, however, what comes out of your mouth as
speech affects others-- take extra care in either event".
Phil Armi led us in song, our all time favorite, clap, stamp, etc.-- YUCK.
Bruce Barsi was our able fine master, and promised to do so next
year as well.  Jim Cochran lost on a tough Rotary jeopardy question,
Bill Masston paid a fine for his daughter's graduation from SLO (last

anniversary-- congratulations you two!
Walt announced for final time our upcoming Golf tourney and

Tom Myers announced the nomination for Club President
2013-2014 -- Bruce Barsi, back for another bite of the apple.  There
also is a list of past presidents willing to serve again, hopefully
interspersed with newer members who are being groomed for the
prestigious office in the near future.  Bruce was unanimously elected.
Congrats Pres-elect Barsi.

Dr Bob Williams, ably introduced by Judy Hanneman, gave his
very interesting and in depth explanation of his occupational passion,
TMJ jaw joint problems and treatments.  Bob is a renowned expert in
this Orthodontic specialty, lecturing all over the world on the
subject.  35% of individual adults have some kind of issue with jaw
pain, incorrect bite, possible headaches and ear pain and need to see
a specialist for relief.  Many Doctors and regular Dentists are not keyed
into this health problem, and generally the symptoms and treatment are
not taught in med schools.  Bob explained the mechanics of a properly
acting jaw, vs a compromised one, and spoke briefly about the various
treatments that he recommends, and uses.  Excellent program by a real
expert, and while none of us want to have the condition and require
the treatment, it is gratifying to know that solutions to these
problems exist.  Thanks again Bob.
