*Sanjay shared our helpful, hardworking Hopes Corner service project on January 22nd of 5 members was fun kitchen duties. We are lucky to have a great team leading Hopes Corner vision.
*Scott announced February speakers: Feb 8 is Dr. Nichols and Feb 15 is Youth Speech contest!
Guest Speaker: Alan Goodman, Crabfeed fundraiser lead for years 2010 to 2020! First crabfeed fundraising event was in 1986, pictures were shared of the past 10 years. Members shared highlights of entertainment variety of gambling to live music, family members gathering to work hard, filling the Buddhist temple with 500+ with recent years of 300+ attendees and more. Over the years the event grossed $20k+ so determined over a half million dollars raised in 25+ years to support the Mountain View Community.
In lieu of hosting a live event this year, the Board asks members to donate an amount in lieu of ticket sales. Donations by check payable to: “Mountain View Rotary Endowment”
