County of Santa Clara Office of Sustainability

Tonya Veitch is a Bay Area native and graduate of San Jose State University where she holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning and bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration. Tonya joined the County of Santa Clara in 2011 working to promote healthy and sustainable communities through projects focused on policy, improving the built environment, and community engagement. Tonya currently serves as a Sustainability Analyst for the County of Santa Clara Office of Sustainability and is responsible for the marketing, education and outreach of the County’s sustainability programs.
