The Program
Our program was presented by Cindy Luedtke from the Los Altos Rotary club. She presented a summary of our Visioning session a few weeks ago. She presented our three top choices in each area of our organization.
The first step to building a 5-year plan is to establish the vision. Next is the Long Range Plan, then actions. The visioning format was to prepare a letter to the Rotary International in 2014 and explain what our club is doing and what it looks like.
