More than 10 million people are impacted, including 3.7 million who are at risk of starvation. Rotary’s new fund will support recovery projects in the affected areas. Contributions designated for this fund are eligible for Paul Harris Fellow and Major Donor recognition, but do not count toward the Annual Programs fund. P.S.  The following is an email from our Exchange Student to Gerry Felix:

Hello Ms. Felix,

My life in Germany
is great so far. I have started school three days ago and the people I met in school are all very friendly. I am currently an eleventh grader in Goethegynaisum.
I also have Karate lessons on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-9 p.m
and choir on Friday.
My host mother took me to cities near my village which are  Weimar
and  Erfurt. Another awesome place that my host mother took me to is Castle Wartburg.
My host family treats me very kindly and I am very happy to have them as my host family. :)
I still struggle with German but I have improved since I left
America. I will continue to work hard.

Best,
Bianca
